a. Orders placed with PT Chandaka Agung Bersemi are subject to availability and confirmation.

b. Delivery dates and schedules shall be communicated and agreed upon by both parties. PT Chandaka Agung Bersemi will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon delivery timelines.

c. Any delays or issues in delivery should be promptly communicated to PT Chandaka Agung Bersemi for resolution.

b. Any concerns regarding the quality of the product should be reported to PT Chandaka Agung Bersemi within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. PT Chandaka Agung Bersemi will investigate and take appropriate actions to address the issue.

PT Chandaka Agung Bersemi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, sale, or use of its products.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
